2. OBJECT

These conditions regulate the reservation and use of the Bini Auamaia holiday home through the website biniaumaia.com.

3. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT

• The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment (usually between 30% and 50% of the total).
• The remaining amount will be credited automatically.
• Accepted payment methods include: credit card

4. CANCELLATIONS

• Cancellations with more than 30 days in advance : The customer may cancel the booking free of charge up to 30 days before the date of arrival.
• Cancellations 30 days prior to arrival: The customer will have to pay the full price of the booking if they cancel within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior or no-shows: f the customer does not show up, they will have to pay the full price of the booking.

We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance if unforeseen events are possible.

5. SECURITY DEPOSIT

• No security deposit is retained during your stay.

6. SCHEDULES

• Check-in: from 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out: before 10:00 a.m.

Any arrival after hours must be communicated in advance.

7. HOUSE RULES

• Parties or events are permitted, provided prior notice is given upon arrival via email.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
• Pets allowed.
• Please respect the environment and maintain civil behavior.

8. OCCUPATION

• The maximum capacity is 8 people.
• It is not allowed to accommodate more people than those indicated in the reservation.

9. LIABILITY

• The tenant will be responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• The owner is not responsible for theft, loss, or accidents during the stay.

10. DATA PROTECTION

The personal data provided during the reservation will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

11. ACCEPTANCE

By making a reservation, the guest expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

12. TOURIST LICENSE

This property is registered as a tourist accommodation in accordance with current regulations, with license number AG0043ME.
